Position Functions or Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking results-oriented, certified SuccessFactors experts across all the core modules including Employee Central, EC Payroll, Benefits, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learning Management, Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning.

 

 In these roles, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work interactively with the business process owners and technical teams to understand issues and pain points and provide functional guidance and knowledge in architecting a best practice solution to fit the business needs
  • Identify areas for process improvement and business opportunities to standardize a holistic solution
  • Influence business optimization adapting to changing technology
  • Apply architectural skills and prepare high level solution designs
  • Work with technical consultant(s) to implement solutions in SAP SuccessFactors that will integrate data to other 3rd party system

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Three-plus years of experience participating in global, enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects where you collected and translated business requirements, performed gap analysis, designed integration solutions, completed systems configuration, prepared and executed testing system testing
  • Acted as the functional lead for SuccessFactors Talent Management implementations
  • Participated in a minimum of two end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK)
  • SuccessFactors Certification in one or more Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK)

Other preferred characteristics include:

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, including executive leadership
  • Building trusted relationships with prospects and clients
  • Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints
  • Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers
  • Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience
  • Minimum of two related SuccessFactors certifications (RCM, RMK, Onboarding) a plus
  • Minimum of two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
